Look at this beauty that Beth got finished and brought in to show us. It is made for a friend, from square dancing dresses(skirts) and the pattern is called Square Dance...appropriate, no?

Love the covered bridges fabric that Wal Mart manufactured for the Square Dancing ladies.  If you click on the picture you can enlarge to see what it looks like close up.
Here, Marilyn is showing us the cosmetic bag she made for her month long trip she is taking with her DH this summer...means she's got to take it all with her and this Emmaline bag will hold it.  She made straps to finish it off.
Here is her Open Wide bag that she made at the Fabric Cupboard in Moncton. Love the fabric she chose.
Elsie got her Block of the month Row by Row quilt put together...love the co-ordinated scrappy look....she did an amazing job.
Joan made this Road to Kansas(I think that is what she called it) quilt in soft blues with yellow. The camera does not capture the soft and subtle tones. It is stunning!
Susan ...you can see the white hair behind her interrupted panel she made on program day. She enjoyed the process so much she went home and dug into her stash and......
came up with another panel to play with.  She did an interesting technique for the mitered corners. She put in a half square triangle in place of the mitering and it worked extremely well. Such a clever lady.
This beauty , a LeMoyne star with some applique is a gift for her sister in law....lucky lady!
Love this Snail's trail...again a quilt by Susan....she keeps busy. Love the combination of colours and the movement in the quilt.
Ethel is working on squares for a swap...she is doing these squares in her friend's colours and her friend is doing the same in Ethel's colours.  What a neat idea for a wonderful keepsake.
Mary brought in an oldie but goodie to show us.  From a fabric swap several years ago...she made this sweet apron from Judy S's fabric. The fabric was swapped and the quilter got to make what ever she wanted using the fabric. A really good idea for program....Agate?????
