Program day....we started in the morning and Agathe got her's all done and here she is waiting for the afternoon entertainment....we'll get there!
This is the Scrappy nine patch that Ann made and is kindly going to show us all how to make it in January's program day.  Remember to have your (5 " squares) nine patches all sewn and ready to go.  If you want to put in the "leading" for that stained glass look ...for a king sized top like this one you will need 3.5 meters of a dark (or light) fabric...adjust accordingly for smaller.  I can't wait to make this...I love scrappy quilts.
Carolyn got her vest finished and it is gorgeous.  She said she prefers the other side but this one looks absolutely wonderful as well.
Lillian made this sweet snowman wall hanging....the picture does not do the colours justice.
Vera wore her vest today as well...they sure turned out great...knew I should've taken that class!!
Here's Judy with one of her wonderful aprons!
 Another apron...love the patchwork!
A little growl attached to this one you quilter ladies...no more threads..this thread catcher now gives you no excuse to leave threads on the quilt.
Here are some sweet Christmas ornaments made with fabric...always looking for ideas for Quilty crafts.
This beautiful quilt is the  sampler class work the "Ladies of the Evening" did last year and Agathe quilted it. Sure is nice to see them finished.
Jean made a sweet kiddies quilt with flannel zig zag .
Judy is in knitting mode...she made the sweet mittens in her left hand and spent almost as much time knitting the elephant finger puppet on her right finger...time consuming but worth it, Right, Judy????
Agathe made this soft and beautiful quilt as a gift....for me, maybe....oh well, one can always hope...it is so pretty!
Thoughtful and kind  Muriel made this cuddle flannel quilt for a niece having a difficult time. So a nice thing to do!
Kay's getting ready for Christmas and got her yoyo wreath done. They sure are pretty.
Beautiful colours there , Kay. This is the Three Dudes pattern we played with at program today.  I bet Judy is thinking....."I should have come in the morning and done some sewing, too."
Look at that Jackie go, this is Olaf...she had no pattern but that didn't stop her. She drew this and created this wonderful quilt....smart cookie!!!
This is a panel but just as sweet and backed with Minke....a really nice cuddle quilt.
She bought a Patrick Lose Christmas book and this is the table runner in it.  She's also working on the "Believe" mantel banner using her satin stitch.
Her first piece using satin stitch...sure looks great to me...
Ann crocheted this wonderful...not quite a sweater and not quite a poncho but sure looks stylish top for her grand daughter in Germany.  She will look really chic wearing it.
and not to be outdone, she made this sweet pair of socks for the little boy her grand daughter is minding. Happy grandma!
I'd like to say everyone was quiet while pinning their folded fabric star Christmas balls but the truth is they were like a bunch of magpies ...having fun and accomplishing something.

AND I want to state categorically here that you did not see me eating cookies...Joyce said she would vouch for me!!!

Gillian is making aprons to be sent off to Uganda...what a generous lady!
Lillian did her Block of the Month from last year in gorgeous jewel tones.  Great Job, Lilliane!
She also made this wonderful table topper of Santa's Helpers.
Love this little owl wall hanging. The music sheets are 3D and have Silent NIght in English on two of them and one has it in French...bi-lingual owls..
Susan did some more applique, pattern found in Quiltmaker magazine.
This is another quilt she made from Quiltmaker magazine...wonder if she has a subscription???
Marlene is trying to use up her Christmas fabrics....wonder if she knows they multiply when you cut them up for scrappy quilts.

The following three pictures are of the other toppers she made.

If you are wondering, this is not Catness Everdin from the Hunger Games...it is Judy in her crocheted Catness sweater.
Jean got to work and make Chemo caps....a lot of them... in flannel, fleece and cotton.  She also made some drain bags...they will all get used.

Vivian got her Christmas Broken Star done..looks great!
and here are some of the Chemo caps she made in fleece.
Here's  her reversible vest ......

matches her outfit and looks great.
 Ethel made this sweet pillow
and some pillow cases (with Chick-a-dees on them).
Renate made this apron to go along with the ones that Gilliane is sending off to Uganda....
