I stopped in to the hall last night to see how the Evening ladies were doing. They have been working on cosmetic bags from Emmaline Bags and Caroline showed the four she had made...all in batiks and gorgeous.
Linda showed once again that she is not quite traditional and a little bit modern with her version of the log cabin. She backed this beauty with minke and quilted it on her long arm...in between work and home life...busy lady.
Christine is lovin' this technique and justifiably so. It's a zigzag quilt made using nine patches in scraps and background squares put together and cut on the diagonal..She did hers in Christmas fabrics...well done, Chris!
She also showed us her cosmetic bag using black interior...turned out just great.
The ladies have been busy as bees and have more planned ...stay tuned!
A place for like minded quilters to gather and share ideas, techniques and projects.
