This beauty just got taken out of the frame by the morning quilters. It is a comfort quilt and waiting to be bound.
Susan was practicing her piecing in preparation for the next year's guild quilt. It will have a broken star and some applique and will no doubt be stunning.
Marlene was asked to make a lap quilt by a friend and it had to have yellow in it. As usual, Marlene did an amazing job.
Judith liked these little bags so she made a couple......
and a table topper (looks like a spider's web...wonder if it is for Hallowe'en?) and....
another table runner...this time she used some of her special birthday fat quarters. Well done!
Ethel is going for the title of "Ultimate bag lady"....she brought in a slew of totes she made for various and sundry lucky recipients.
Found this pillow case hiding in one of the bags....not deliberately it seems.
Then she showed us all the mittens she had been knitting. Isn't retirement great, Ethel?
A new member, Susan showed us this lovely lap quilt she made. We'll be seeing lots more I'm sure. Welcome Susan!
A place for like minded quilters to gather and share ideas, techniques and projects.
