Beth S. presented a Halloween quilt.
Doreen D. used a panel and windmill blocks for her project.
She also showed off a farm themed panel she purchased from Fabric Cupboard
Susan has made the sweetest Gnomes and says it's the first time she has applied binding on a circle.
Sharon R. completed 4 scrappy QAYG strip piecing placemats. She attended a workshop, also at Pleasant Valley Stitchers.
Sharon was inspired to make a Vinyl Project Pouch after Gail F. alerted the guild that the Monday Night Group were doing this free pattern from Moda. The interior is a sewing/quilting themed fabric and the back is a pillow panel, quilted with a decorative machine stitch The vinyl was re-purposed from packaging from a set of sheets.
Diane also completed a Fall Runner.
A quilt for Brenda's granddaughter used a charm pack with the squares cut in half.
Patty E has made two charity quilts. They are 3 yard Fabric Cafe quilts.
Judy H made a gift for her granddaughter. This is a new cover for a Papasan chair cushion. It is an original design with help from Judy's sister-in-law. It will be easy to remove due to an envelope back.
She disclosed that the decorative heart was placed to cover a fabric flaw.
Doreen spoke about inspiration from her Newfoundland roots.
Dawn P. cut apart a panel and used estate sale fabric to make this queen size Christmas Quilt.

Susan mentioned the fact that she has joined Pleasant Valley Stitchers and has been practising all the embroidery stitches she has been learning.

She noted that the pattern is available at the Fabric cupboard.
Bea O. made a lovely quilt from a panel. This was hand quilted.
Diane B. showcased last year's trade block pattern. The star point colours she used were red and black.
Diane also completed a Fall Runner.
Cathy K. made a fall themed runner using the Chenille technique.
Brenda S made a pretty scrappy quilt. She used 1 1/2 inch wide strips and used some leftovers on the back.

Judy S. used the slow stitching technique to enhance the small square of material that was handed out at the funeral service for Marilyn W.
