Fresh out of the frame this morning and ready to go to Lilliane to be bound.  Another great nine patch comfort quilt.
Alva showed this wonderful quilt that will be going to a friend for a lap quilt....lucky friend, it is so cheerful.
Then she showed us another braid quilt that she put together in earth tones....so warm and comfy.
Judy has been busy knitting little preemie hats for Carolyn to take to the hospital for the new borns...a fun craft and it goes to a worthwhile endeavour.
Sandra went to a quilt show and visited one of the vendors....of course, she didn't spend any money but the fabric she brought to show us...beside being as cute as could be was very economical...that is her iron caddy on the table beside her.
Joan made a wonderful tote bag with outside and inside pockets...seems to me that is what you could call a "go on  a bus trip to fabric shops" bag!
Jean used the fat quarters her daughter chose and made this wonderfully long table topper.  She made it at the Villa and we all admired the fabric choices.
And this little play quilt is going to a baby shower for the baby to be...good thing she knows it is going to be a girl...
Sandra found this amazing piece of fabric in Florida and was looking for ideas on how to utilize it properly....we all contributed ideas and mine was just keep it to look at it , it is so pretty.
Judy is one of those members that usually brings in small things of interest  and then just blows you away with a large project that she has been quietly working on.  This amazing quilt was hand pieced, hand appliqued, hand quilted , machine bound and hand  finished.  A work of art.
Ethel is cleaning up UFO's and this beauty that she made for someone was rejected.....believe it or not...bet I know a few that wouldn't reject it.
She also brought in the adult bibs she made at the villa...some for the Kiwanis home and one for someone she knows.  They are very nicely made.

A cuddle quilt that was a little while in the finishing.  We know all about those 'round-to-its' that just wait there to get finished.
This beauty was pieced by Ann's grand daughter and quilted by Ann and her grand daughter. Not only do they end up with a wonderful quilt they have quality time together quilting. Memories.
Hiding behind this wonderful Christmas flannel quilt is Carol Davis.  She told us it is one of those kits she bought on a day trip and finally got around to finishing.  A cozy quilt with flannel on both sides.
And this beauty is paper pieced with Batiks from her scrap pile.  Wish I had a scrap pile like hers.
Ellen made this super table topper for anyone that wants to come for tea.  In her nineties and putting us all to shame.  Well done, Ellen!!
Leigh is back from Florida and had these wonderful table toppers to show....made with triangles cut just so and pieced together to form runners and circles.  The perfect fabric choices.
She also got into bargello and made this beautiful jacket...as always showing her exquisite taste in colours and style.
And not to be bored or anything she took a class in embroidery...sorry, forgot the name...just know that it is dimensional and amazing...no surprise there, Leigh's work is always that.
