It was a small group this evening but no less the proficient. Here Carolyn shows the quilt as you go baby quilt she made. A fun project and quick to make when you're short of time.
This amazing quilt was done by Evelyn and it is a wonder. The circles connect and create secondary patterns. Very unique!
This stunner is also by Evelyn and shows an ultra-modern bent. She saw it on pinterest for the back of a quilt and decided it would look great as a front...she certainly was correct about that. The quilting design gave it an added fillip and made it gorgeous.
Marilyn brought her messenger back all done, with the zipper easily installed and some added pockets. It always amazes me when someone adapts a pattern and makes it even better.
Evelyn brought a work in progress..a log cabin she is making by paper piecing using tracing paper for the foundation. It sure would make removing the paper a lot easier.
And here is her applique pillow (my title for it since that is what I use mine for) or pillow for hand piecing...your choice.
A place for like minded quilters to gather and share ideas, techniques and projects.
