Here is our intrepid leader, Marilyn, getting everyone organized for another night of mayhem and a little laughter....
Sandra wasn't sure where to sit but we soon moved over with the rest of the rag muffins.
Bag lady, Wendy , started off show and tell with another bag she made...going great guns , this one!
She showed us another Necessary clutch she had made...just look at how slim she is getting...she's working hard at it.
Jeannie made this snuggly flannel pillow cases....I wonder who for???
She also made these very much a boy themed set of receiving blankets .....such a proud and lucky Grand Ma.
Joanne brought in a sample of the pillows she is making for a craft sale coming up.
and is hiding behind a sweet Christmas panel that she is hand quilting on a hoop as part of her employment....she has the dream job...sew, quilt , play with fabric and get paid for it.
Carolyn proudly displayed her patriotism with this Canada fabric duffle bag and cosmetic bag to match. It would be wonderful for international travel....hmmm...wonder if she is trying to tell us something.
She and her grand daughter had a sew wonderful summer making some sweet sixteen bags. She put pockets inside hers...I know , 'cuz I peeked.
Judith got in on the action and made herself a sweet sixteen bag as well. They sure are popular...maybe I should wisen up and make some too.
This table topper made using bordered fabric and a sixty degree ruler sure creates an intricate design...looks great doesn't it?
Carolyn is getting an up close and personal look at the next interesting thing Judith showed us From what I can figure it is rotary blade slash wiggly, woven and top sewed..sounds and looks intriguing...something we definitely need to learn..
The evening ladies are a fun group to work with, they are always up for something different whether it is an old technique or something brand new....they just love to sew and quilt.
